Job Description:
Responsible for both the preparation and service of beverages such as coffee and espresso, as well as welcoming and serving customers in the restaurant area. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, friendly, and customer-oriented person, capable of efficiently managing work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of quality at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, cappuccinos, tea, and specialty drinks, following standard recipes and procedures.
- Greet customers at the bar and restaurant, take orders, and offer recommendations on drinks and menu items.
- Accurately and promptly serve food and beverages both at the counter and at tables.
- Ensure the cleanliness and proper functioning of bar equipment and the restaurant area.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tables, counters, and kitchen tools.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and promptly resolve any issues.
Requirements:
- Relevant training in Hospitality Industry , Degree or Diplom or Certificate
- Good knowledge of the Italian language (B1) and willingness to improve language skills to reach at least a B2 level during the course.
- Knowledge of the English language.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, customer service oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and bar equipment usage.
- Attention to detail, cleanliness, and organization.
- Ability to work both as part of a team and independently.
