 Handling switch board which entails external and internal calls and directing to the respective personnel.
 Records management.
 Administering payroll deduction /pension staff.
 Reviews all contractual arrangement with travel /transport manager/courier service providers to ensure that the terms and conditions are being adheres to be the supplier of services.

 Ensure leave records for all employees are up-to-date and leave application are processed on time.

 Handling sick offs of employees.
