_Managed the food and beverage department in its entirely which includes setting the standards,developed continental menu to compliment Kenya local menu,RE-organized the food and beverage by streaming the waiter cashier inter phase for smooth and efficient operations,setting up the work stations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment,preparing ingredients to use in cooking ,cook food in various utensils,ensure great presentation by dressing dishes,ensured all food and other items are stored properly,monitoring stocks and placing of orders when their is shortage.etc.
