_To advance my career in hospitality and catering profession as chef,food and beverage or catering manager in any organization where I can make most of my knowledge and experience in the fields to create new innovative and creative products to maximize customer satisfaction,profitability and efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

_Managed the food and beverage department in its entirely which includes setting the standards,developed continental menu to compliment Kenya local menu,RE-organized the food and beverage by streaming the waiter cashier inter phase  for smooth and efficient operations,setting up the work stations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment,preparing ingredients to use in cooking ,cook food in various utensils,ensure great presentation by dressing dishes,ensured all food and other items are stored properly,monitoring stocks and placing of orders when their is shortage.etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

_Overall responsibility for all food activities and operations in the bakery,day to day managing and running of the kitchen,ensure and manage kitchen cleanliness,supervising and assigns duties to staff involved in the operation ,performs as well as supervisor,constantly offer professional ,friendly  and pro active guest service,prepare and service all food items,actively share ideas ,opinions  and suggestions,maintain proper rotation,follow kitchen policies ,procedures and service standards, etc.
