Am Fredrick Odera from Kenya. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Science, Organic Chemistry major with IT, from Maseno University. I was able to attain a second class lower division. My course project was based on the extraction of lycopene from tomatoes and watermelon and compare between equal amounts of both fruits, which one has the highest amount of lycopene. ( Lycopene is an antioxidant compound found in certain organic fruits. It helps in fighting of cancerous cells in human body). The importance of this project was to be able to advise consumers to eat more of either fruit as compared to the other one. Prior to,  during and after my undergraduate studies I was working for Modern Coast Express Limited. At Modern  Coast Express Limited I started as an ordinary booking clerk. During this period I was able to portray extraordinary skills in terms of multitasking, effective communication, teamwork, flexibility, integrity perfect time management and above all keen to details and issues concerning clients. These and other skills saw me promoted to operations supervisor and shift supervisor. In this capacity, I was able to be an effective operations coordinator in terms of ensuring all the fleets depart on time for their various destinations. In addition to that, I ensured that all clients and passengers are satisfied and have appreciated the value for their money. I was also able to advise the senior management on new route destinations and new departure timnings which were successfully implemented and saw the company expand its number of fleets to these new destinations. I believe that both my academic background in Chemistry related field and my work-related responsibilities and experience in the transport industry can enable me to be considered for an employment at your organization.
