I am a Kenyan lady aged 28 years.I am a holder of Master’s degree in Strategic Management. I also hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management (entrepreneurship option) from Mt Kenya University.
I currently work with Sidian Bank as a Call center Supervisor. In this position, I have mastered the basics of customer service and I have attended various trainings to enhance my customer service skills.
I am a dedicated individual with abilities to meet deadlines and achieve optimal results in tasks that are assigned to me. I also possess good communication and inter personal skills. I am a great team player who is able to learn and adapt to changes easily. I can work and deliver tasks with minimum supervision. I have high level of integrity with ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
