Duties Include:-

i.   Receiver approved purchase requisitions from internal users and facilitate the sourcing process in line with procurement best practices.
ii. Conduct sourcing activities in accordance with established policies and procedures to meet business needs and participate in negotiations to establish and review supply arrangements that will deliver value for money procurement outcomes.
iii. Preparing of Purchase orders and sending them to the suppliers once quotations have been approved.
iv. Maintain and update a wants list Tracker to monitor deliveries and any past due shipments.
v. Match supplier invoice against purchase orders and generate good received note before forwarding supplier invoice to the accounts department.
vi. Preparing cargo manifest and organising for delivery of goods to site.
v. Preparing Transport schedules for airport and office Transfers.
vi. Maintaining a good filling system.

Duties Include:-
i. Liaise with other departments to ensure they identify their procurement needs.
ii. Identify potential sources of goods and services, taking into account procurement objectives and organisational policy
iii. Engage in price negotiation, delivery times, payment terms or the quality of the good discussions with all potential suppliers.
iv. Analyse and recommend the most responsive suppliers while maintaining a reliable supplier base.
v. Monitoring the Min-Max report to ensure that inventory retain the optimum level.
vi.Preparing purchasing orders and sending them to the suppliers once approved.
vii. Match supplier invoices against purchase orders before forwarding them to the finance department for clearance.
viii. Inter company stock transfers i.e. preparing stock transfers upon request to our branches.
ix. Ensure that all documents relating to the procurement process are appropriately filed
