I started as trainee as a normal cook in breakfast,pastry ,butchery entrementier,snacks then specialized in pastry and bakery .I there after enrolled myseif to mombasa technical training institute (Pastry and bakery)where i did cake making and decoration.
I applied for a refresher course in kenya utalii college and learned more on pastry operations,preparation of danish pastries and various types of bread.
I then became a chef de partie and worked for two years then moved to anothert hotel and became the pastry chef after a successful interviewup to date.
